Jane Hartman Frankel combines internal and external business focuses to help
organizations and their leaders develop customized performance cultures for
sustainability. She has worked in the technology arena for 20 years, developing
organizations for outstanding performance using a collaborative approach to
partnering and organizational alignment. Her unique approach to building
organizations for sustainability places primary importance on internal and external
customer relationships and capabilities. She has also managed several alliances
between large and small companies resulting in new business models and
significant revenue generation.

Jane recently published a five-part series: Empowered Employees: An
Organizational Learning Model. She has also written several articles on how
organizational leaders can create cultures that foster outstanding performance.

She founded The Art of Performance LLC in 2006. She holds Master's degrees in
Education and in Organizational Dynamics and is an Adjunct Professor of Business
Communications and Entrepreneurship at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA
and of International Organizational Behavior at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA.
