The knowledge economy is here!  It provides great mobility, connectivity, generational diversity, globalized work, and extremely large amounts of information access and availability.  These characteristics create new needs for how work gets done.  Knowledge worker skills and customer context are the key criteria for working effectively in the knowledge economy.

So in response to the evolution to a knowledge economy, the Art of Performance was founded in 2007 as an education services company to help 21st century businesses build knowledge work, customer context, and the sustainability of innovation into their daily operations. We focus on helping business leaders create an environment for continuous innovation to serve internal and external stakeholders with their needs.

When 21st century knowledge workers are prepared and expected to be autonomous, to be task and results oriented, to focus on quality before quantity, and to be continuous learners, they use their individual skills for best business results.  Subsequently, workers engage external customers and stakeholders in helping to define the business needs that will provide direction and focus for the next steps of a company’s business growth.
