Mission
We strive to help individuals build knowledge worker skills and leaders understand and create business environments to support these knowledge workers.
Knowledge worker skills include individual autonomy of purpose, awareness of the context in which an individual can be an asset, a task and business results orientation, the practice of continuous evaluation and learning, and an awareness of the dimensions of quality and quantity of results. Knowledge workers always work in the context of their customers’ needs, including end customers, owners, and employees.
Environments that support knowledge worker skills provide business background and goals information (readiness), team building and decision-making criteria (relevance), and, finally, rewards for effective performance in achieving results (reinforcement).
