Jane H Frankel

Jane Frankel is the Managing Principal of The Art of Performance LLC, which she founded in 2007. Her focus is on building 21st century innovation cultures through workforce and customer engagement, strategic alliances, internships, and innovation planning. Previously, Frankel was a Director of Corporate Business Development, Knowledge Management, and Education at Vertex Inc., managing strategic alliances with large companies and consulting firms. Other employers include Unisys Corporation, Delta Data Systems, and the School District of Philadelphia.

Jane is also an Adjunct Professor in Economics, providing Project-based Internships and Corporate Partnerships through the College of Liberal Arts of Temple University. She has previously taught Entrepreneurship and International Business at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, and at the Global College of Business at Arcadia University. Frankel holds an MS degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of PA and a MS in Education from Temple University, is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Regional Economics at Temple University, and a member of the Middle Market Steering Committee for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Frankel has served as the Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, a board member of BEACON (formerly GPSEG) Executive Networking Group, a former member of EFGP and the MidMkt Committee at the Chamber, and a member of the Network of Women in Computers and Technology (NWCT). She publishes Expert Perspectives on the National Center for Middle Market website and on her Knowledge Work Institute on Linkedin. Her passion is lifelong learning as she combines organizational design and learning concepts with relevant economic formulas to ensure highest performance and productivity.
